
Courtney T. Gardner is a dynamic and purpose-driven leader whose work spans education, etiquette, the arts, and personal development. She is a school administrator, etiquette coach, author, national recording artist, professional presenter, licensed wedding officiant, and content creator—all united by a common mission: empowering others through knowledge, confidence, and authenticity.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Malone University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Cleveland State University. She also maintains an Ohio Professional Principal License, a Mild/Moderate Intervention Specialist License, and is a certified Etiquette Consultant. Recognized for her impact in education, she received the Excellence in Education Award from the Urban League and continues to mentor and coach students and educators toward sustained academic and instructional growth.
With a wealth of experience working with youth and adults across schools and community organizations, Courtney is widely respected for her engaging, relatable approach and her ability to deliver expert-level content while setting high expectations for excellence and conduct.
